Full day Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley.

Today we are going to visit four of the UNESCO world heritage listed sites in Kathmandu Valley. After breakfast, we start for Kathmandu valley city tour which includes the UNESCO heritage site in the City valley. Pashupatinath Temple is one of the most sacred pilgrims’ sites for Hindus all over the world and It is the temple of Lord Shiva, the temple where the dead bodies are criminated on the Bagmati River. Boudhanath Stupa is one of the biggest stupas in Asia and holiest Buddhist Pilgrims and famous tourist destination in City Valley and It is also famous for over 50 Tibetan gompas or monasteries. Kathmandu Durbar Square holds the places of the ancient king palace who ruled over the Kathmandu Kingdom. Swayambhunath(Monkey Temple) is located in the heart of the City valley and It is another famous tourist destination and holiest Buddhist pilgrims in Kathmandu Valley.

Drive to Machha Khola (869m/8-9 hours.)

Today morning we will take a bus from the new bus Park to Machhakhola. It will take 8-9 hours to reach Machhakhola. Machhakhola is the starting point of your trekking.From Machha Khola you can collect the North East view of Ganesh Himal.

Machha Khola to Jagat (1340m/7-8 hours.)

Machha Khola is the second day of your trekking. From Machha Khola the trails slowly ascend to Khorlabesi which offers you the wonderful view of Ganesh Himal. Along the way, at Yaru Phat you can see an amazing waterfall and then trek through the rock and stone-paved trail. Just before Jagat, you will pass a bridge that is made of the rock. From Jagat, you can enjoy the superb views of Sringi Himal.

Final Departure

  • Nepal entry visa fees $50 USD for 30 days visa on arrival.
  • International airfare, Nepal visa fees (two passport photographs required) and travel and medical insurance for emergency evacuation
  • Entrance fees for sightseeing/monument visit as per the itinerary
  • Lunch and dinner during your stay in Kathmandu and Pokhara (except Welcome dinner)
  • Expenses of a personal nature (bars and beverage bills, dessert and snacks, hot shower, drinking water, telephone, internet, laundry, titbits, etc)
  • Costs arising from natural calamities, mishaps or anything beyond our control. Costs are non-refundable and non-transferable if you leave the trek voluntarily
  • Meals and accommodation in Kathmandu in cases of early returns and late departures

  • Tipping is a culture in Nepal and is expected by your staff (guides, porters, drivers)
  • In case of natural calamities i.e. political unrest, cancellation of flight due to weather, landslides etc the extra charge should be born by themselves.
