The company is officially registered 2000 AD under the Nepal Government Enterprise Act, 2063 (Reg. No. 12915/056/057) and license No. 513/057 issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Trekking Agencies Associations of Nepal (TAAN), and Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA). The agency is also legally authorized by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the central bank of Nepal to deal with foreign currencies and transactions with foreigners and members of domestic and foreign tourist travel agencies.
